Corrections, additions and notes from hotels. Everything else is probably better sent elsewhere.
Writing is worth your time if you have a correction, a hotel that belongs in one of the four sections, or a note from a property about its own entry. Those messages change the site, and the change is recorded with a date in the updates log.
To be plain about what we do not do: we take no bookings, we hold no availability, and we do not pass enquiries on to hotels. If you want to stay somewhere listed here, contact the hotel directly.
Response time
We read everything and reply to corrections first, usually within five working days.
A note from a hotel
If you work for a hotel listed here and something in its entry is wrong, write and say so. Send the correction and, where you can, a public source we can point to. We will amend the entry, record the change in the updates log with a date, and reset the check month. We do not accept payment for entries, changes or removals, and a correction will never be traded for one.
